How Adoption Works

Meet Your New Friend — Explore the characters, personalities and available designs.

Submit an Adoption Request — Choose your friend, select any extras and send your contact information.

Receive Your Confirmation & Invoice — We'll confirm availability, total price and estimated completion or pickup date before invoicing.

Bring Your Friend Home — After payment, your new friend is newly handmade and prepared for its journey home through the agreed pickup or delivery method.

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, reserve a production slot, or create a payment obligation.
