Every Hero Needs a Team!
With his bold black-and-gold fur, long floppy ears, and superhero spirit, Rodger might look like he's ready to save the world all by himself.
But Rodger knows a little secret that even some of the greatest superheroes forget...
The strongest heroes don't do everything alone. They lift each other up!
Rodger has always been a little quieter than some of his friends. While others are busy racing around, making silly jokes, or dreaming up their next big adventure, Rodger likes to sit back, listen, and think.
Not because he doesn't have anything to say. Oh, he has plenty of ideas!
He just believes that everyone's voice deserves to be heard.
One afternoon, Rodger and his friends decided to build the most AMAZING superhero headquarters the world had ever seen!
There was just one tiny problem.
Everyone had a different idea.
One friend wanted a giant slide. Another wanted a secret tunnel. Someone else insisted they absolutely HAD to have a snack room. And before long, everyone was talking so loudly that nobody was listening!
Rodger sat quietly for a moment, his long ears twitching as he thought.
Then he stood up and said, "What if we stop trying to decide whose idea is the best... and figure out how to make everyone's ideas work together?"
His friends grew quiet.
Rodger smiled. "Every superhero has something special to bring to the team. That's what makes us stronger!"
And just like that, everyone got to work.
They built a headquarters with a giant slide, a secret tunnel, AND a snack room. (Because even superheroes need snacks!)
When they finished, everyone cheered.
"Rodger, you're the best leader ever!" one friend shouted.
But Rodger just shook his head and grinned.
"Nope! We did this together. And that's what makes it awesome!"
You see, Rodger doesn't dream of being the hero who gets all the applause.
He wants to be the friend cheering the loudest when someone else succeeds.
He's the one who listens when you're worried, helps when you're stuck, and reminds you that even the toughest decisions feel easier when you have a friend by your side.
And while his superhero outfit might make him look extra powerful, Rodger knows that his greatest strength has nothing to do with flying, fighting villains, or saving the day.
His greatest strength is making sure nobody gets left behind.
